Jack Krouse

JACK KROUSE

President

Jack has been responsible for leadership of construction management services totaling $2.5 billion in construction costs and 905 separate building projects – including educational facilities, healthcare complexes, correctional centers, shopping centers, and corporate office buildings.

Jack was one of the early leaders in promoting professional construction management as a discipline both in Indiana and nationally. Not only did he complete the first project in the Midwest using construction management, but the firm also spearheaded the Construction Management Association of America. Construction Control, Inc. has continued to be one of the best construction management firms in the Midwest, with a reputation for quality and service.

He continues to give presentations and publish Insights on the topic related to the process of jail construction and financing.

Joe Hoffman

JOE HOFFMAN

Joe has been with Construction Control, Inc. since 1978 as a valued and experienced member of the team. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007. As a Project Manager, his responsibilities include value engineering, estimating, bid analysis, contractor selection, and project supervision. It’s a job he loves—and one he devotes a great deal of time to, as anyone who works with Joe can attest.

In his years with Construction Control, Inc., Joe has worked on multiple major projects, including schools, correctional facilities, and manufacturing firms, as well as, city/county office buildings, hospitals, and government facilities. Whatever the project, Joe’s approach is the same—stay with the job from inception to completion and make sure it’s done to the owner’s satisfaction. His leadership within our organization and throughout a project gives co-workers and owner representatives a sense of value, high integrity and solid management practices.

VP Field Operations

John, in his 45 year tenure with our company, has been responsible for working on the owner’s behalf, continually monitoring, educating and assuring compliance by all contractors with specifications/schedule aspects that maximizes the successful coordination of the entire project.

Over the 45 years of his professional experience, he has worked with several hundred contractors and tradesmen on a variety of projects including; healthcare complexes, educational facilities and correctional centers. John completed the $67 million Chesterton High School project in Chesterton, Indiana. He was the construction manager for the Southwest Allen County middle school project, totaling $23 million, Elementary schools for Rush County and South Bend Community Schools, The Adams County Judicial Center and the Rush County Jail and Sheriff’s Office. He is currently Manager of Field Operations working closely with Constuction Manager’s on scheduling and managing field work.
